This Privacy Policy explains how Spetz ("Spetz," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). If you're a creator, this may also include your social media handle or platform, when you share it with us.
• Account information — if you create an account, we store your email address, name, and sign-in method (email magic link or Google), along with basic account metadata like when your account was created and when you last signed in.
• Usage information — general analytics about how visitors use our site, such as which pages you view, the actions you take, the page you came from, and general device or browser information like device type and operating system. This is collected in aggregate to help us understand how the site is used, not to build a profile of any specific individual beyond what's needed for the purposes described here.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including diagnosing and fixing problems as they come up;

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, for example, for as long as your account remains active, or for as long as we might reasonably follow up on a waitlist or partnership inquiry, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, update, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below, and we'll do our best to respond promptly. You can also manage cookie preferences directly through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the Service function. If you no longer want to receive communications from us, you can let us know and we'll honor that request going forward.
